Our Wedding

John and Lilly's story began in February of 2024. One afternoon, a mutual friend showed Lilly a few pictures of John and asked if she might be interested in him. Of course, Lilly said, "absolutely!" Soon after, the two began chatting on social media and instantly hit it off. Lilly decided to make the first move (who says that is a man's job?) and asked John out for ice cream at Kalawi Farms only to realize that the farm didn't open until spring! Not one to give up easily, she suggested another date the following Sunday. Their first date was a simple movie date, though they spent most of it talking and laughing instead of watching the film. The connection was effortless, and conversation flowed naturally, and it felt like they had known each other forever. From that point on, they were inseparable. They went out again on Tuesday, then Thursday, and again on Sunday and it quickly became clear that something truly special was growing between them. John and Lilly are beyond grateful for the journey that brought them together and for the love and support they have received along the way. They cannot wait to begin this next chapter as husband and wife and to celebrate their wedding day surrounded by their closest friends and family.

Registry

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

The ceremony is in an open air chapel, which is a covered chapel with open walls. Espresso hour will be held outdoors, and the reception will be indoors.

Is there a dress code?

We are requesting that our guests wear garden party/ semi formal attire. Florals and pastels are encouraged!

When do we need to RSVP?

RSVP's will be needed by March 1st. If you have any questions concerning RSVP's, please reach out to Lilly at (910) 975-2841

May I bring a plus one?

Unfortunately, due to limited venue space, we are not able to accommodate many extra guests. Please reach out to Lilly for special considerations.

Schedule of events?

4:15pm - We ask that guests arrive at or before 4:15 4:30 - Ceremony 5:00-6:00 Espresso hour with yard games and light appetizers 6:00- until: Reception

Your presence at our special day is the most amazing gift in itself. We are so grateful for all of your love and support. If you choose to purchase a gift, we have an Amazon registry listed in the registry tab, as well as a honeymoon fund, however, we appreciate anything you would like to gift!
